Beautiful new tile, flooring, countertops and soft LED lighting can turn dark, old-fashioned bathrooms into showpieces. For one Piedmont homeowner, we renovated the entire bath, including built-in floor-to-ceiling cabinets that greatly extended the home’s storage capacity.
Whole-House Remodels
An excellent example of W.A. Rose Construction’s expertise in a whole-house remodel project was the complete transformation of a nondescript San Francisco row house, turning it into an exquisite craftsman-style jewel. The attention to detail and degree of customization made this home stunning—beautiful African mahogany, hand-painted tiles, skylights, granite countertops and leaded glass in the kitchen cabinets. The entire W.A. Rose team worked closely with the owners on this project and became deeply committed to its success.
Specialty Projects and Repairs
As homeowners open up their living areas to the outdoors, remodeling projects often expand into a specialty projects. One of W.A. Rose’s Oakland clients, faced with an old deck that had become rickety and dangerous, came to W.A. Rose to invest in an outdoor space that would accommodate their extended family of 20+ people. The finished product is an intricate deck and staircase where the family loves to gather throughout Oakland’s warm summer months.
